Philipp Krueger is a Full Professor of Finance at the University of Geneva and holds a Senior Chair at the Swiss Finance Institute. He is also a Research Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and a Fellow of the CEPR Climate Change and the Environment Programme.

His research focuses on ESG investing, climate finance, corporate governance, and behavioral finance. His work has been cited in major regulatory frameworks including SEC Final Rules on Climate Risk Disclosures (2024) and referenced in speeches by central bankers globally. Key contributions include:
