معرفی
Becky McNeill is a PhD Research Student and Associate Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Kent, specializing in forensic psychology with a focus on paedophilia and sexual offending behavior.
Her research examines biological and environmental contributors to paedophilia development, particularly differences between offenders and non-offenders. Current work validates the Compositional Explanatory Theory of Paedophilia (Gannon, 2021), exploring etiological factors through interdisciplinary forensic and psychological frameworks.
As an Associate Lecturer, she teaches PSYC5000: Psychology Statistics and Practical, and PSYC7103: Advanced Research Methods and Statistics, having previously instructed PSYC3000. Supervised by Professor Theresa Gannon (primary) and Dr. Caoilte Ó Ciardha (joint primary), her doctoral work bridges clinical theory and empirical research in sexual offending.
