Beatrice STASI

Beatrice STASI is a Full Professor of Literary Criticism and Comparative Literature at the University of Salento, affiliated with the Department of Humanities. Her research centers on the poetics of authors like Leopardi, Pirandello, and Svevo, alongside the theory and practice of literary translation. She teaches courses in Literary Criticism, Narratology, Comparative Literature, and Literary Translation across undergraduate and graduate programs, including the Modern Languages and Communication Sciences curricula.

Her research explores interdisciplinary connections between myth, archetypes, and literary themes, with a focus on ethical and aesthetic dimensions of narrative.
