Patrizio Ceccagnoli is an Associate Professor of Italian at the University of Kansas, where he has taught since 2014. He serves as Undergraduate Director of Italian and holds a Ph.D. in Italian from Columbia University (2011) and an M.A. in Italian from Columbia University (2006).

Recent publications reveal trends in ecocritical approaches to Leopardi, experimental Futurist typography, and translational aesthetics for contemporary poets like Anne Carson. His work bridges historical textual criticism with modern comparative literature perspectives.
