Basima Tewfik is Assistant Professor of Work and Organization Studies at MIT Sloan School of Management. Her research examines workplace psychology, focusing on impostor phenomenon, relationship dynamics after microaggressions, and job engagement variability. She holds a PhD from Wharton and previously worked as a management consultant at Booz & Company.
