Dr. Stefano Tasselli is an Associate Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research focuses on organizational social networks, leadership, innovation, and organizational theory. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge. As Chair of the Social Network Society, he leads global discussions on network dynamics. His work appears in top journals like Academy of Management Journal and Organization Science, and he contributes to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
