Bart Ziino is an Associate Professor at Deakin University's School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Education. He is one of Australia's leading scholars on Australians and the First World War, with expertise in commemoration, grief, war gender dynamics, archives, and the emotional experience of war. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Arts, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
Research Interests: Ziino's work explores historical studies with a focus on war heritage, museum studies, and the societal impacts of conflict. His research covers:
