Dr Barnaby Dye is a Lecturer in Development Policy and Practice at King's College London's Department of International Development (School of Global Affairs). He holds a BA from the University of Cambridge, MA from King's College London, and PhD from Oxford University. His research focuses on infrastructure development in Africa, particularly analyzing India and Brazil's roles in African infrastructure projects, South-South cooperation dynamics, and the political economy of energy policy. He has contributed to major journals like African Affairs and Energy Research and Social Science, and is currently completing a book with Oxford University Press on development ideologies.
