Barbara Kolsun is a Professor of Practice in Fashion Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and Director of The FAME Center. She is a leading expert in fashion law, co-editing the seminal text Fashion Law – A Guide for Designers, Fashion Executives and Attorneys (2014). Her career includes roles as General Counsel at Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman, and Seven for All Mankind, and she has advised major brands like Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger.
