Barbara Hanfstingl

Dr. Barbara Hanfstingl is an Associate Professor at the University of Klagenfurt, affiliated with the Department of Psychological Diagnostics within the Institute of Psychology. Her research focuses on Differential Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Motivational Psychology, with particular emphasis on teacher-student motivation dynamics, resilience, and psychosomatic competence.
