Dr. Barbara Gordon is an Associate Professor at Felician University's School of Arts & Sciences. She has held faculty positions at Felician College (2007–present), Montclair State University, Baruch College (CUNY), Ramapo College of New Jersey, and New York University, specializing in French language and music instruction. Her research focuses on French composer Maurice Delage, including interviews with Parisian cultural figures and a recorded CD of his works. Current projects include studies on lesser-known French mélodie composers and piano pedagogy innovations, with an NEH grant application pending for Paterson, NJ music research.
