Barasha Borthakur is a PhD student at Queen Mary University of London and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire. Her research focuses on Green Intellectual Property (IP) and climate change laws, particularly the role of TRIPS Agreement flexibilities in enabling technology transfer for climate mitigation. She holds a Herchel Smith PhD Scholarship (2020) and a gold medal for academic excellence in Intellectual Property Law.
