Dr. Bahareh Vahabi is a Senior Lecturer in Physiology at the School of Applied Sciences, University of the West of England. She serves as Programme Leader for the MSc Health Technology program and leads international partnerships for the School. Her research focuses on benign lower urinary tract disorders and Long Covid-19 impacts on urinary function.

Her expertise spans physiology, pharmacology, and pathophysiology, with a focus on understanding the pathophysiology of lower urinary tract disorders and their epidemiological links to Long Covid-19. She contributes to research and education through international partnerships and student supervision.
