BENOIT PETIT

Benoit Petit is a University Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Paris-Saclay, where he directs the IUT of Mantes-en-Yvelines. He is affiliated with the Business Law and New Technologies Laboratory (DANTE) and holds multiple leadership roles including Director of the 'Social Law' department at the Graduate School of Law and Project Manager to the Vice-President for international relations. Previously, he served as Vice-President for institutional strategy (2016-2020) and Deputy Director of the DANTE Laboratory (2020-2022).

He investigates both individual employment contracts and collective bargaining dynamics within global contexts.

Academic Leadership: Directs the Master's program in Human Resources and Social Protection Law since 2015, oversees international projects for Paris-Saclay, and previously managed university-wide strategic planning.
