Victoire Lasbordes

Victoire Lasbordes is a Lecturer at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), Faculty of Law and Political Science, where she serves as Director of the Department of Private Law since 2019. She is affiliated with the Business Law and New Technologies Laboratory (DANTE) and contributes to multiple research entities including Laboratoire CESDIP, DANTE, PRINTEMPS, and VIP.

Her research focuses on Contract Law (covering both common law and special rights), Civil Liability Law (including common law and special compensation regimes), and Guarantees. Her scholarly work intersects with business law, new technologies, and legal frameworks for corporate structures.

Dr. Lasbordes has developed expertise in advanced business contract law, security interests, and compensation mechanisms for victims of offenses. Her teaching portfolio demonstrates deep engagement with both foundational and specialized areas of private law.

She has been actively involved in preparing students for prestigious legal examinations, including the CRFPA (Institute of Judicial Studies) and ENM (National School of the Judiciary).
