B. Audrey Nguyen-Rudy

B. Audrey Nguyen-Rudy is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Akron's College of Engineering and Polymer Science. Previously a Visiting Assistant Professor at both UA and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, her research examines biomechanical systems including orthopaedic and ocular mechanics, along with educational research on student metacognition.

Educational background includes BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University, with doctoral research focused on glaucoma-related ocular biomechanics.
