B. Ariel Blair is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Weber State University's Goddard School of Business and Economics, where she joined the faculty in 2023. Her academic background includes a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, an MBA from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business, and a BA in Development Studies from Brown University.
