Aziza Zaher is Associate Professor and Careers Liaison in Durham University's School of Modern Languages and Cultures. Her research focuses on Arabic language pedagogy, discourse analysis, and linguistics. She received Excellence in Learning and Teaching (2018) and Enhancing Students' Experience (2018) awards.
Zaher's publications address Arabic grammar instruction, discourse analysis methodologies, academic advising innovations, and employability development in language programs. Her work frequently intersects language pedagogy with student development strategies.
