Ayoub Zouria is an Associate Professor in External Engagement and Collaboration at the School of Business and Law, Buckinghamshire New University, since 2023. He teaches on BA Hons Business Management, International MBA, and MSc International Business Management programmes, supervises postgraduate research, and manages international academic partnerships. His academic credentials include a PhD in Business Administration (Zhejiang Gongshang University), Master's in Audit and Cost Control (ISCAE Business School), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from the University of London. He is a Senior Fellow of AdvancedHE (SFHEA), emphasizing his commitment to educational leadership.
Dr. Zouria's research focuses on entrepreneurship in the MENA region, corporate social responsibility, digital entrepreneurship, and EdTech innovation. His doctoral work analyzed drivers of MENA entrepreneurship using GEI data. He secured £8,500 in Research England funding (2023-2024) for collaborative research and has presented widely, including a keynote on post-pandemic HRM in tourism in Hangzhou (2020).
