Professor Ayesha Mukherjee is a faculty member at the University of Exeter, where she holds the Professor of Early Modern Literature and Culture position in the Department of English and Creative Writing within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her work bridges early modern British and Indian literature with cultural history, focusing on food, famine, and sustainability.
