Dr. Aybike Mergen is an Assistant Professor of Management at Özyeğin University's Faculty of Business Administration. She holds a PhD in Management & Strategy from Koç University (2022) and dual master's degrees in Economics (Tilburg University, 2011) and Political Science (Sabancı University, 2013). Her academic career includes a visiting scholar position at York University's Schulich School of Business during her doctoral studies and two years of management consulting experience at EY and Deloitte.

Her research focuses on leadership ethics, follower dynamics, and decision-making mechanisms.
