Xiaohan (Hannah) Wen is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Özyeğin University's Faculty of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Koç University (2016), an M.S. in Business Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium, 2011), and a B.S. in Economics from Xi’an Jiaotong University (China, 2010).
Her research focuses on entrepreneurial marketing, crowdfunding, customer involvement in innovation, and social networks. She has published in journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, and AMS Review, with recent work exploring the intersection of social media, cause-related marketing, and viral campaign success.

She teaches courses on New Product Development, International Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Marketing at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her ongoing research includes 'Understanding Design Thinking from a Marketing Perspective' in collaboration with international scholars.
