Austin Oswald

Austin Oswald is an Assistant Professor at the School of Health and Human Performance, Dalhousie University. His work focuses on LGBTQ aging, anti-racism, and critical gerontology, with a commitment to community-based scholarship that empowers marginalized older adults. He collaborates with New York City-based organizations serving LGBTQ elders of color and applies community-based participatory methods to challenge mainstream aging research paradigms.
