Associate Professor Aurelia Vessiere is a dual-affiliated academic at the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (UK) and Nagasaki University (Japan), specializing in emerging infectious diseases, epidemiology, and diagnostics in resource-limited settings. Her work focuses on outbreak preparedness, variant surveillance, and health systems strengthening.
