Aurelia Spaulding

Aurelia Spaulding is a part-time instructor at Western Kentucky University's College of Education & Behavioral Sciences and serves as Communication and Marketing Coordinator for the university's Division of Communication and Marketing. She earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2012 while working full-time, complementing her undergraduate degree in Public Relations.

Her work extends to community leadership as founder and Executive Director of For a Real Change, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through education, applied learning, and service experiences. She has applied her MPA training to roles like Marketing Director for Gamma Gamma Sigma's National Board of Directors and emphasizes holistic leadership shaped by courses on policy, organizational ethics, and bureaucracy from WKU's Political Science Department.
