Atim Eneida George, PhD, is an Adjunct Faculty and Mentor at Antioch University's IMA Program. A global citizen committed to peace and social justice, her scholarship explores generative leadership through interdisciplinary lenses combining art, activism, and qualitative research methodologies. She holds a PhD and MA in Leadership & Change from Antioch University, an MATS in Transpersonal Studies, and an Ed.M in Black Studies.
Her research focuses on compassionate leadership frameworks, particularly analyzing the Iroquois Great Law of Peace and its implications for intergenerational decision-making. She has conducted significant work on Black women's resilience during the pandemic, gender-based violence, and youth empowerment through arts-based approaches.
Key achievements include a Fulbright Specialist Grant in Nigeria, an Archie Green Fellowship for labor culture studies, and the Harriman Award for diplomatic innovation. She has presented at major conferences including the International Leadership Association and National Storytelling Network, while facilitating workshops on leadership development across three continents.
