Asit Panja is a Clinical Professor at Binghamton University’s Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences, joining in 2023. He holds adjunct roles at Hostos Community College and NYC College of Technology (CUNY), and is an adjunct associate professor of medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. With an MD from the Medical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, Panja specializes in mucosal immunology, chronic inflammatory diseases, and gastrointestinal (GI) stem cell research.
