Ashish Mahajan is a Professor of Management at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from New Mexico State University (2009), an M.S. in Human Resources from Delhi School of Economics (2000), and a B.A. in Commerce from Panjab University (1995). His research focuses on international management, organizational behavior, leadership, and cross-cultural dynamics. He has held roles including Acting Associate Dean Academic (2018–2020) and has taught at institutions in Canada and India.
