Asher D. Hildebrand is a Professor of the Practice at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. He serves as the inaugural faculty director of Duke's Executive Master of Public Affairs (E-MPA) program, launched in 2025. His expertise spans democracy, civic action, international relations, and U.S. politics, informed by over 15 years of leadership in government and politics prior to joining Duke in 2024.
