Asad Asaduzzaman is a Lecturer in Cropping, Horticulture and Soil Health at Charles Sturt University (CSU), based in Wagga Wagga. He holds a PhD in canola allelopathy from CSU, advancing the concept of self-weeding crops. Previously, he served as a Research Scientist at the NSW Department of Primary Industries, uncovering globally significant findings like world's first double-knock herbicide resistance and Australia's first paraquat resistance in Conyza sumatrensis. His work on herbicide hormesis has gained international acclaim.
