Aryeh Stein is a Professor in the Hubert Department of Global Health at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, with a joint appointment in Epidemiology. He holds a BSc from the University of London and MPH/PhD from Columbia University. His research focuses on the lifelong impacts of nutritional exposures during critical developmental periods, including gestation and childhood, on health outcomes like cardiometabolic disease and human capital. Key projects include studying long-term effects of early-life nutrition supplementation in Guatemala and analyses of global birth cohort data (e.g., COHORTS).
