Dr. Aruna Ganju is an Associate Professor of Neurological Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University. She holds an MD from the University of Miami (1993) and is a faculty member of the CRN.

Dr. Ganju's research focuses on developing therapies for spinal cord injury through investigations of biological signals and supramolecular motion within peptide amphiphile nanofibers. Her work aims to maximize functional recovery in mouse models of spinal cord injury with the long-term goal of translating findings into human therapies.
