Artur Bogucki

Artur Bogucki is an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and a lecturer in the European Master in Law & Economics program. He is also an associate at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, affiliated with the AI Lab and the CIVICA Europe Revisited group at SGH. Additionally, he serves as a board member of the Polish Association of Law and Economics.

His research focuses on regulatory issues in technology law, digital economy law, and the intersection of law, economics, and cognitive neuroscience. He applies economic analysis to legal frameworks in areas such as competition law, tax law, and medical law.

Artur holds a Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. in Law & Economics (EMLE), reflecting his interdisciplinary expertise in legal and economic disciplines.
