Arthur Oulaï is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, Université de Sherbrooke, specializing in business law, banking law, and international economic law. He serves as Codirector of the Master’s program in Business Law and Enterprise Risks (DARE) and as Interim Director for Dispute Prevention and Resolution programs. His research bridges legal frameworks with technological innovation.

His research focuses on cyberconsumer protection, digital jurisdiction conflicts, and regulatory harmonization in e-commerce. He collaborates with Serge Kablan (Université Laval) and Patrick Mignault on fintech and privacy law.
