Arthur E. Hernández

Dr. Arthur E. Hernández is a Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word's Dreeben School of Education. His career spans roles as Dean at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (2009–2016) and Department Chair at the University of Texas at San Antonio (2009). He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University (1987). His research focuses on culturally responsive evaluation (CREE), public health interventions, and DEIB initiatives, with emphasis on community engagement and interdisciplinary approaches.
