Arta Mero

Arta Mero is a Full-Time Professor at the Faculty of Law, South East European University (SEEU), with extensive experience in Civil Law, Family Law, and Reproductive Rights. She holds a PhD in Legal Sciences from University 'Iustinianus Primus' (2017) and a Master of Arts in Legal Sciences from SEEU (2011). Currently, she serves as Coordinator of Legal Clinic 'Emine Zendeli' (2018–Present) and University Senate Member (2023–Present), contributing to legal education and institutional governance.

She has also explored intersections between Space Law and Environmental Governance. Her clinical work emphasizes practical legal education and free legal aid.

Arta Mero has held leadership roles such as Pro-Dean (2018–2022) and Student Advisor (2006–2017), alongside academic and research positions. Her work spans comparative legal analysis across Balkan countries and international frameworks.
