Armel LE DIVELLEC serves as a Professor of Public Law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University within the Faculty of Law and Political Science since 2009. He directs the Center for Constitutional and Political Studies (CECP) and the Public Law Room while serving on the UFR council for law and political science programs.
His academic foundation includes a Doctorate in Law (1999) and Public Law Aggregation (2000), establishing his expertise in constitutional frameworks.
Professor LE DIVELLEC's research centers on French and comparative constitutional law with specialized focus on German systems. His scholarship spans parliamentary law, constitutional history, and theoretical analyses of constitutional concepts, particularly examining the evolution and interpretation of constitutional texts through both historical and contemporary lenses.
