Dr Ariful Islam is a Lecturer at the Gulbali Institute, Charles Sturt University, specializing in epidemiology and evolutionary ecology of emerging infectious diseases. With over 15 years of experience, his research focuses on zoonotic viruses like henipaviruses, filoviruses, coronaviruses, and avian influenza, employing a One Health framework.
