Arif Ahmed

Arif Ahmed is an Associate Professor of Health Administration and Associate Dean at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management, University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). He serves as Department Chair for Public Affairs and holds a courtesy faculty appointment at the UMKC School of Dentistry. Ahmed also coordinates the interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in public affairs and administration.

Ahmed leads two executive education programs: the Cerner Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and the Physician Leadership Program. He frequently provides expert commentary on health policy and has presented at international conferences.
