Dr. Ardra Cole is a Professor in the Faculty of Education at Mount Saint Vincent University, where she serves as PhD Coordinator for the Inter-university Doctoral Program in Educational Studies. Her research explores arts-informed methodologies, community development through arts, and ageing/lifelong learning.
She founded ElderDog Canada, a national charity supporting older adults and their canine companions. Her work examines the therapeutic role of human-animal relationships in later life.
