Aradhya Sood is an Assistant Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy at the University of Toronto-Scarborough (UTSC) and Rotman School of Management. She is also a Faculty Fellow at the Centre for Real Estate and Urban Economics at Rotman.
Education:
• Ph.D. in Economics, University of Minnesota (2020)
Research Interests:
Urban and real estate economics, industrial organization, and applied microeconomics. Her work focuses on land friction effects on Indian manufacturing, historical racial housing practices in U.S. cities, and zoning impacts on housing markets.
Academic Positions:
