Dr. April Rowsey is an Assistant Professor of Management at the McAfee School of Business, Union University. She holds a D.B.A. from the University of Dallas, an M.B.A. from Baylor University, an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. from the University of Arkansas. Her research focuses on workplace ethics, organizational behavior, and management communication, with recent work addressing fairness perceptions of working mothers and workplace caring frameworks. Dr. Rowsey’s teaching emphasizes strategic communication in business and she actively contributes to academic events such as the McAfee School of Business Data Summit. She joined Union University in 2021 after corporate roles spanning Fortune 100 companies to family-owned businesses.
