Anya Sirota is an Associate Professor of Architecture and Associate Dean for Academic Initiatives at the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. As founding principal of Akoaki, her work sits at the intersection of architecture and urban design, exploring how aesthetics, social enterprise, and cultural programming can offer contemporary strategies for urban transformation.
