Anusha Natarajarathinam

Anusha Natarajarathinam is an Associate Professor at the College of Health & Wellness, Northwestern Health Sciences University. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering & Materials Science from The University of Alabama, along with additional degrees in Electrical Engineering. Her research focuses on applying physics principles to pre-health education, particularly in MCAT physics preparation and modern physics for pre-medical/dental students. She also investigates magnetic materials and their applications in healthcare technologies.

Dr. Natarajarathinam has published extensively on magnetic materials, including studies on magnetic tunnel junctions, spintronics, and nanomaterials. Her work often addresses challenges in data storage and spin-based memory technologies. She serves as an advisor for the Minority Association of Pre-medical Students (MAPS) club and actively participates in institutional committees, including the Faculty Senate and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
