Anusha Madhusudhan serves as a Research Fellow at DiploFoundation and the Geneva Internet Platform (GIP), specializing in public international law and international dispute resolution. She advises governments and entities on legal-diplomatic matters, with notable service in the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (UN-IRMCT) and as the youngest member of India's delegation to the 72nd UN General Assembly.
Her academic foundation includes:
- BA.,LLB. (Honours) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, India
- Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University, where she was nominated to the International Law Society Board
Her research integrates public international law with emerging cyber norms, human rights mechanisms, and policy development. She has designed teaching methodologies for human rights instruments and drafted regulatory briefs at the intersection of international law and digital governance.
Professionally, she has collaborated with White and Case LLP in the Middle East and global non-profits, focusing on international criminal law cases and cyber-norm frameworks.
