Anu Ivaturi is a postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Human Centred Computing, Monash University, where she is affiliated with Action Lab. She leads the Intake24 initiative—a digital dietary assessment and feedback platform—focusing on public health nutrition, health promotion, and chronic disease prevention.

Anu Ivaturi's recent publications center on dietary patterns in Indian adolescents and Australian children, tobacco cessation in dental settings, and digital education for health professionals. The research consistently emphasizes prevention, equity, and implementation across diverse populations, particularly CALD communities and youth.
She is actively contributing to global health efforts, collaborating with UNICEF South Asia on school nutrition assessments and toolkit development. Her work supports Sustainable Development Goals related to health and education.
