Antonio Papuzza is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics department at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. He specializes in International Business (IB) and Organizational Behavior (OB), with extensive experience teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Professor Papuzza teaches courses in International Business including Fundamentals of International Business, Country Evaluation & Market Analysis, Global Leadership, Cross-Cultural Management, and Global Strategy. In Organizational Behavior, he teaches Fundamentals of Management, Leadership, Mindfulness, Negotiation & Conflict Management, and Systems Thinking. He also leads international programs across Europe, Asia, and South America through Leeds & CU Education Abroad.
His research focuses on cross-cultural management practices globally, leadership (particularly mindfulness and ethics), and indigenous entrepreneurship with emphasis on sustainability and healthy cooking. He is currently working on a book about cultural dynamics titled The Cultural Immunity Hypothesis and has already published Competent Leaders, an Integrated Approach to Leadership for Life, Work, and Business in 2023.

Professor Papuzza serves as an academic advisor for student organizations including the International Business Club, MBA Global Business Club, and AIESEC. He has extensive experience in executive coaching, having developed his own coaching methodology called DheWay© that integrates seven dimensions of leadership. His teaching extends beyond traditional business education to include mindfulness practices, Italian language and culture, and cross-cultural training for multinational organizations.
