Antonio Caetano is a Full Professor at Iscte Business School, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon. With over 30 years of experience in organizational diagnosis and intervention, his work spans organizational change, innovation, skills development, performance assessment, teamwork, entrepreneurship, culture, and leadership. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 scientific publications, including 18 books focused on organizations and human resources.
His research interests are centered on improving organizational effectiveness through evidence-based strategies in
