António Caetano is a Full Professor at Iscte Business School, part of Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. With a PhD in Social and Corporate Psychology, he has over 30 years of experience in organizational diagnosis and intervention, focusing on change, innovation, and leadership.
- Research Interests: Organizational change, skill development, performance evaluation, teamwork, entrepreneurship, culture, and leadership.
- Publications: Over 100 scientific papers and 18 books on organizations and human resources.
