Antoine Georges

Antoine Georges is a Professor at Collège de France, where he holds the Chair of Condensed Matter Physics since 2009. He also maintains part-time appointments at Université de Genève (since 2011) and Ecole Polytechnique (since 2004). His research focuses on theoretical condensed matter physics, particularly strongly correlated quantum systems, superconductivity, and quantum simulations using dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT). He has made foundational contributions to the understanding of the Mott transition, Kondo effects, and ab-initio methods for correlated materials.
